9V DC 650mA Wall Adapter Power Supply - Retail
High quality switching 'wall wart' AC to DC 9V 650mA wall power supply manufactured specifically for Spark Fun Electronics in retail packaging. These are switch mode power supplies which mean the output is regulated to 9V (no more 14V outputs!) and the capable output current is much higher (650mA!).
These will power most projects that don't require more than 650mA of current. Center-positive 5.5x2.1mm barrel connector.
Note: This adapter works with 100-240VAC inputs.

Brings the Power!
Using this in an induction charging project. Works great. Has clear identification of + and -.
Would this work with the Breadboard power supply 5v/3.3v?
Yes it will.
What length, if at all, can the dc cable on this adapter be spliced and extended by, without signifigantly affecting its performance. Is 12ft or so alright?

Exactly the same power supply except that it comes in a recyclable cardboard box and costs $1 less.
