Moleskine makes some of the coolest, highest grade paper journals out there. We have collectively over 100 in the building. They even live in our backyard here in Boulder, Colorado! Unfortunately they didn't really want to play ball with us, so we had to create our own journal.
We created a journal that we wanted to use. 52 pages thin, matte red flexible cover, with 1/8" grid on every page. It's light weight, easy to pack, and has just enough pages to record all those crazy ideas.
If you're more into showing off, the SparkFun Red allows you to stand out in a crowd. And anyone that knows 'geek' will recognize the subtle embossed SparkFun logo.

Looks like a very good notebook. Make it a tad cheaper and I might consider getting one.
Damn, at first I thought there was no logo on this... had to look real hard to see it.
I want one.
Handy notebook, I use this for all my documentation so that I can remember things in the future. The pages are not meant to be removed which is a plus for me.
Quality is great, only complaint I really have is that I'd prefer more pages, but it'll still take me a while to fill 52 of them. I got three...they are a tad pricey but IMHO worth it. Sure, that's $30, but it'll probably take me more than a year to fill them all up, and $30/year for this small luxury is worth it to me.
Also, I just noticed that the price is now 4.95! I JUST ordered them 4 days ago at 10.95! Nuts...could have gotten six. :(
Any chance of a metric version?
