After I install Atmel SAM BA and connect this board via USB. The system is unable to identify this board. Do I need to install some USB driver for this? How can I make this work?

This actually has 3 USART:s. Two with full capability and one "Debug Interface" that you are free to use for whatever. It has not DTR and such but it should still count as an USART.
Warning, as of 3/27/09 the SAM7-P256 Schematic on this page is out of date. SparkFun is now shipping the Rev. E board and the proper schematic can be found here:

Using wrong schematic causes a lot of head scratching trying to get the USB going :-(.
