This is a very simple but extremely handy, 2" round, double sided perf board. Standard 0.1" spacing with a 4-40 (3mm) holes for mounting.
Note: Color may vary.
This skill defines how difficult the soldering is on a particular product. It might be a couple simple solder joints, or require special reflow tools.
Skill Level: Noob - Some basic soldering is required, but it is limited to a just a few pins, basic through-hole soldering, and couple (if any) polarized components. A basic soldering iron is all you should need.

Easiest way is to use 30ga wire .... just lay it along side of the component lead and solder it to the pad... If the desired connection is an adjacent pad, then just use bare 30ga wire... else use insulated wire (wire-wrap wire)

Does anyone know of you could fit an ATmega, two h-bridges, two motors and two sensors on this thing? That would be fun.

Agreed they state no trace. My idea is for just a silacone board with plated through holes that aren't traced to anyother hole, in which i could just lay a line of solder from hole to hole, maximizing effecency. Perhaps this board is built like that but I can't tell from the pics.
