Ultrasonic Article and Comments System
New article on Ultrasonic sensors from Maxbotix and we unleash our new comments feature!
A community is a good thing and the SparkFun community is absolutely a wondrous beast. We decided to create a comments feature on the website that allows SparkFun users to post comments and feedback on our home page postings, our products, and our tutorials. It's a pretty neat new addition to the site with all sorts of features that we need to spell out. For the time being, you can log in to your SparkFun account and then post comments to the homepage. We'll be adding the comments ability to our tutorials and products very soon.

There are only three print magazines that are good enough for me to keep a paid subscription: Circuit Cellar, Nuts & Volts, and Servo. I recommend all three highly.
I recently subscribed to Nuts and Volts after seeing it on your homepage. Five minutes ago, I subscribed to Servo Magazine!

I have this sensor and have worked with it using the Atmel CPUs. The analog output is unstable. I had to use the PWM output; much more reliable.
