I would love to see this in regular "step by step" tutorial form. I wasn't able to get to the live event, plus I do better when I can go back and re-read things. I love this idea, but with my vision issues, it takes me a while to get things done. The "live demo" method just doesn't work for me.

Where are any of the links? I don't see anything anywhere. This is my first visit to this SparkFun blog and I'm new to Arduino's etc.
My goal is to make a GPS odometer for heavy trucks and think this is a great start but don't see anything other than the video.

The link to the design files on Github seems to be broken, or there are no files.
Do atmosphere contaminants have any effect on this?
Like dust in the upper atmosphere?
I think the video should say 3pm MDT rather than MST.
This list is missing a microcontroller. - EDIT, nevermind I see the display can do it
Also when will the things you shouldnt 3d print Sparkfun live be?
