You may recognize Elektor - we’ve partnered with them on a few things recently. What you may not know is that a while ago, we had a special meeting with the great folks at Elektor (in the Before Times, when you could grab an espresso in person), leading to today’s exciting news.
SparkFun has guest edited a special edition of Elektor magazine!
AND we’re giving away free copies of the English language edition with orders using promo code: MAGAZINE21 (rules and info at the bottom of this post).
We are so excited, grateful, proud, (tired), excited, and many, many more adjectives. Between the Elektor and SparkFun teams, a lot of work and care went into crafting this special edition. In it you’ll see a mix of projects, tutorials, explainers on some of our product lines, and more!
Some history on the collaboration:
SparkFun and Elektor met in May 2019 at Bay Area Maker Faire in California, where it became evident that we shared a number of similarities. Our shared passion for electronics was a launch point for subsequent meetings and project ideas, and we were thrilled when Elektor approached us about guest editing an entire edition of Elektor magazine during their 60th anniversary year. Their first magazine came out in the Netherlands in 1961, and since then Elektor has expanded to numerous translations, and feature articles written all over the world.
