These are standard 0.1" spaced header pins that can be surface mounted for applications where through-hole pins won't work. The surface mount side of the legs are staggered for stress relief.
This is a 6-Pin male header.
This skill defines how difficult the soldering is on a particular product. It might be a couple simple solder joints, or require special reflow tools.
Skill Level: Competent - You will encounter surface mount components and basic SMD soldering techniques are required.

They really should post the full mfg. part number. The datasheet is enough to locate these parts elsewhere, but without the part number we don't know the pin dimensions (A,B, or C).
That said, in response to Member #652014, from the photo it's obvious that this is a Type A.
Are these type A or B from the data sheet?
Wish I knew where they sourced these from... can't find a similar product on digikey for less than about $1.10
