These plastic LED holders have a black finish and only need the LED and the holder to be snapped into place easily and effectively, no screwing anything into place. These LED holders accept a 5mm LED and mount into an 19/64" diameter hole.

FYI - These are larger than 19/64" (0.297") diameter. We measured them with a caliper and the diameter is 0.315". As another mentioned, perhaps a 5/16" (0.3125") mounting hole will work.
Works as advertised; Holds the LED in place. Just for others' benefit, since 19/64" bits are oh-so-common, a 5/16" hole works just as well.
