Standard Gearmotor - 1 RPM (3-12V)

These standard gearmotors are incredibly tough and feature full metal gears to help you drive wheels, gears, or almost anything else that needs to turn. They have a gear ratio of 3000:1 and operate up to 12 volts and deliver a stall torque of 2995 oz-in. and a max speed of 1 RPM. Each standard gearmotor sports a 6mm diameter D-shaft.

Important: The manufacturer has issued a warning that stalling the motor can cause gear damage. Please keep this in mind for testing & using this motor.

    Anyone have links to the two parts shown in the right most photo of the acto wheel bracket and mount?

    So I received this the other day and I cannot seem to get it to move at all. I have it hooked up to my arduino via an H-bridge that drives my other 6-12v DC gear motors fine. I've also tried applying a 9v source to it directly.

    Am I doing something wrong or should I look to RMA this motor?

    Does anybody have experience with the speed/torque characteristics for this motor or similar motors from this series at 3V operating voltage? Is there any law for scaling the performance from the 12V values given above? Thanks a lot for your help!

Documentation on line is a little lacking of mechanical dimensions but motors perform as stated and arrived on time.
