These threaded aluminum standoffs are 1.25” long and have a thread pitch of 6-32, and an outer diameter of 0.25”. These standoffs fit perfectly inside the Actobotics Channels.

Really? 1.32"? That's 1 21/64" approx. What a bizzare number to pick. Add on ~0.05" and you've got 3/8... why wouldn't the designed just have picked that?!? (for that matter, drop 0.16" and you've got 5/16... still weird but not as bizzare)
The channel pieces are 1.5" outside dimension and .09" thick. Thus, 1.32" inside dimension, which is what these are sized to fit, in order to keep your channels spaced nicely.
