Replacement: None. Unfortunately, these parts are EOL so we can no longer stock them. This page is for reference only.
Description: These are two main components of the solderless LED holder, which is designed specifically for our Rebel Luxeon LEDs. This product includes both the plastic contact carrier as well as the LED retention clip.
The retention clip snaps onto the contact carrier, which in turn snaps into the mating heatsink. Our 1.5mm Pitch connector housing plugs into the contact carrier. When everything's all set you've got a super easy, solderless connection to the high-intensity rebel LEDs.

The stamped heatsink seems to be retired. Is there a replacement to complete the assembly for this?
unfortunately not. most of these parts have been discontinued and we can't get them anymore.
Is anybody else having trouble with these being too tight? I'm having to modify the hooks that hold the retention clip so I don't break any more LEDs.
I'm using a hemostat or pliers to snap the clip in now, but any ideas are much appreciated.
Hey Sparky,
The first product photo is wrong! Just rotate the metsl piece 90 degrees in either direction. It should click in by the looks of it.

Purchased and verified that Digikey Part Number A100192-ND "Cable Assembly MINI CT 2POS" properly connects to the contact carrier.
I think that the cable is available from digikey (part #A100192-ND). i haven't purchased one yet, but the drawing looks spot on. Should sove your connectivity problems.
Yep. This is a nice holder and it works great with the lens, but it's ridiculously hard to get in there and connect to those pins. Why don't they carry the connector part?
I need to mini ct connectors to finish my project. Any chance they'll be in stock anytime soon?
I am wondering the same thing at MGrass... what is the point all buying the nice solderless holder without the connector?
Just wondering what others do.
Since the 1.5mm pitch connector is depreciated (discontinued)at SparkFun:
How do you connect your wires to the LED holder?
When do you anticipate having more of this product in stock?
