You realize only 20 are shown in the picture:P
If you're referring to the first picture, then either:
a) They changed the picture after your comment, or
b) 5x5=20.
Is it a bad thing if I buy these just for the resealable ESD-safe bags? :]
This is actually the best deal i could find on 5mm LEDs. Nice!
