The Boulder County Fairgrounds is an open facility and spectators are welcome to attend SparkFun AVC 2018. We will not be selling tickets to spectators for the event.
There are no entry limitations to the Classic AVC portion of the event. We ask that spectators respect our competitors, their vehicles and pits areas, and not interfere with the administration of the competition.
We do have a capacity limit to the barn that the Combat Bots tournament is held in. We will have limited space for competitors inside the barn, and space for spectators depends on the number of people that will be participating as competitors. This will be managed on site. Spectators are not allowed in the pits areas.
All participants will need to sign a safety waiver. Copies to sign will be available on site; any participants under the age of 18 who will not have a parent present on the day of the event (starting September 7) will need to download the waiver and have it signed in advance.
