The
electret mics we sell work great, but often need some amplification to be able to hook an analog audio signal to a micro.
The mic amp protos under test on our internal TestBed Charlie.
The mics work very well and with a 100x simple opamp circuit, we can now pickup noisy things like garbage trucks and hand claps (who wants to build a
clapper?).
Normal talking can be picked up as well. The overall goal is to be able to use a microcontroller's analog to digital converter to pickup noises. Should be posted soon!
