Parallel Gripper Kit A - Channel Mount

We have another new gripper from Actobotics this week. This one is a parallel gripper, meaning the gripping surfaces move parallel to each other. It works with standard Hitec servos and comes as a kit. It has a 0.77" and 1.5" hole pattern for attaching to other Actobotics components or whatever else you need to connect it to.

Want to play around with Bluetooth 4.0 (also known as Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE)? The SparkFun BLE Mate 2 breaks out all the pins of the BC118 allowing you to do what you need with your next BLE project. Check out the hookup guide to get a better idea of what this board can do.

Camera Module - pcDuino V3 (5MP)

We have a new camera module for the pcDuino 3. This one is a 5MP camera instead of the previous 2MP. That's a LOT more pixels for the same price! The older version of this camera was used in the Glitch Booth demo.

LilyPad Simple Power

LilyPad Simple Power

DEV-11893
$11.50

We've made some big changes to the LilyPad Simple Power. The old version was just a simple on/off switch with a JST connector for batteries. The new version has a built-in charger circuit and a micro-USB jack for charging. It's also round and about the size of a quarter.

That's it for this week. Thanks for watching. We have some really cool stuff slated for next week, so be sure to check back. Thanks for reading and watching!

I want to comment out pieces of my code in LabVIEW like I can in other programming languages, such as C. This way I can try different tests to improve my program without deleting my existing code.

  • I miss the red box-wall... :(

  • Short video, with two posts on how you can make money on the internet = bummer to NFPP on lunch break.
