Hello and welcome to a very special product post! Today we have a truly amazing treat for you. A post unlike any other, with a product that cracks the laws of physics and that spits in the face of its impersonators. Today we are very pleased to bring you the SparkFun High Output Velocity Emitting Repulsor Board!
That's right ladies and gentlemen, we have literally spent 30 long years developing and perfecting this floating long board, never mind the fact that SparkFun has been around for only 12 years. This ultra-compact body design provides you with a robust set of game-changing features to bring a new paradigm to personal travel. With the SparkFun H.O.V.E.R. Board you will feel like a rock star speeding down the street only a few feet off the ground, and at the end of the day that's really all that matters. Equipped with a Legacy Power Containment Unit, a Faraday Relative-Floatation Sub-Matrix, Repulsor Arrays, Emergency Arrestor Grapples, and built around Pete Dokter's very own "Wood Laminate Scab Factory" Board, you'll feel 110% radical even when you seriously injure yourself on this death trap! Remember folks, that's not dust from sitting in a garage for 30 years, that's speed dirt you'll pick up from going a leisurely 76.47 Knots down your local boardwalk.
In all seriousness, yes we know it is October 21, 2015, the same day Marty McFly traveled to the future with Doc Brown. The hoverboard is still an elusive invention we dream of perfecting. We may not have many of the amenities that the movie had (this writer is still waiting on Jaws 4 through 19), but we have things that the '80s could never dream of, and some things we are glad that never came about. Seriously, what was up with cybernetic helmet/hat? And hey, we don't remember seeing anything in the movie about human beings flying a probe past Pluto or anything at all about the Internet. So enjoy this day, especially if you are a fan of Back to the Future, because it is only going to happen once. If you have never seen the movies, today couldn't be a better day to start.
And if deals are more enticing to you than time travel, we've got a few here for you today only. While we're fresh out of flux, please enjoy our wide variety of capacitors!
Special thanks to Mike-Dragon for the creation of the wonderful sprites you can find at the top of the page!

Probably should've been forgotten...
Jaws: The Revenge
OPINION TIME! To be fair the only one that matters is the first one.
Welcome to the Future!
Blue LEDs were definitely not readily available in 1985. Must have added some sweet effects to the DeLorean after a quick stop in the future (along with a Mr. Fusion and some flying mods). :)
I can see the future!
Hey it's bojo not bozo! Better check your bionic implants for short circuits!
This one has power so it works on water.
On the bright side, at least this is not any of that Funny or Die BS. :-(
Not so elusive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSheVhmcYLA
