SparkFun pays a visit to iD Tech (& it makes our own childhood summer camp lanyard-weaving look really bad)
As the videographer for SparkFun, it's always nice to get out of the studio and check out what people are doing with our parts in the world.
Earlier this summer we took a trip to Stanford to see what our partners at iD Tech were doing with our kits in the classroom. iD Tech has been providing summer technology classes to kids for over 18 years. This year alone, they were teaching over 50,000 students at more than 130 campuses nationwide.
It was great for me to get to talk with some kids who are much smarter than I'll ever be, and to point the camera at someone who isn't Nick or Shawn for a change. Thanks for watching!
