Hello and welcome back, everyone! It's Friday yet again and we have more new products for you to check out. We start the week off with a new version of our popular Qwiic-enabled Tsunami Super WAV Trigger. What sets this version apart from the previous iteration is, yet again due to supply chain issues, the number of mono and stereo simultaneous tracks. Following that, we have two new additions to our PureThermal offerings and more products from our production stock that are no longer being used on current kits and boards that we produce. Now, let's jump in and take a closer look at all of this week's new products!
Based on a new generation ARM Cortex M7, this version of the Qwiic Tsunami Super WAV Trigger extends polyphony to 25 mono or 13 stereo simultaneous uncompressed 44.1kHz, 16-bit tracks. Each track can start, pause, resume, loop, and stop independently, and can have its own volume setting, allowing you to create the perfect interactive mix of music, dialog, and sound effects. The Qwiic Tsunami also supports true seamless looping over an arbitrary track length. Utilizing our handy Qwiic system, no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system. However, we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to have full access to each pin.
The LED Brightness Adjuster Kit is designed to slot into the power rails of a breadboard, so you can stack up to 10 boards next to each other. Each board has five different footprints for different sizes of LEDs (SMD and through-hole), but only one LED should be added to each board. A 10k linear potentiometer is used to adjust the LED brightness, with a 100 Ohm resistor in series to protect the LED from burning out. There are silkscreen labels around the potentiometer to indicate the approximate resistance, with a couple test points "R+" and "R-" to measure the exact resistance with a DMM.
The PureThermal 3 FLIR Lepton Smart I/O Module is a hackable thermal webcam module for the FLIR Lepton Longwave Infrared (LWIR) camera core. It ships preconfigured to operate as a plug-and-play UVC 1.0 USB thermal webcam that will work with standard webcam apps such as VLC Media Player on PC, Linux, Mac, and Android. For developers, its reference firmware, viewer software, and hardware schematic are all open source! We also offer the standalone board without a Lepton FS module in case you already own one!
This Rotary Potentiometer Module is ideally suited to adding rotation measurement and a method of input to a project. This is a module that features a potentiometer with a 6mm shaft and 270 degrees of rotation. When connected to an analog pin of a microcontroller, it is possible to read position of the potentiometer as a proportion of the VCC used.
This Limit Switch End Stop Module is a collision detection board. When the arm of the collision module bumps into something it will send a signal out and an LED on the board will also light up.
The SparkFun Constellation MicroMod Kit is our newest limited edition offering that joins the ranks of the SkeleBoard and the SnowBoard. Instead of releasing a single board this year, we have opted to release a full kit, instead! This kit combines both MicroMod and Qwiic in a single box with a limited edition MicroMod ATP Carrier Board and MultiStar (this year's April Fool's Day joke). No, we aren't joking this time! Due to popular demand, we have reworked the MultiStar into a working (and much safer) celestial version of the MultiPort. Also included in this kit is a MicroMod Screw Driver and two Qwiic Cables to get you hooked up! The ATP Carrier Board and MultiStar included in this kit feature a matte black PCB with a star scape design in white silk.

That's it for this week. As always, we can't wait to see what you make. Shoot us a tweet @sparkfun, or let us know on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. Please be safe out there, be kind to one another, and we'll see you next week with even more new products!
