Couldn't make it to the Open House? Check out the recap video.
Earlier this year, SparkFun held an Open House where we invited everyone and anyone to descend on SparkFun HQ for a day of good ol' fashioned geekery. It was a blast - we had free food, a circus performer, workshops, office tours, bouncy castles, and much more. We ended up having over 600 people attend - it was great!
If you were able to make it - thanks for coming! If not, check out the above video for some highlights. We're having our annual Autonomous Vehicle Competition in June, so you still have a chance to come hang out at SparkFun for a day. Hope to see you there!
You mentioned the AVC, so I thought I'd put in my 2 cents worth... Could you please have some qualification rounds, so that more bots could participate? Maybe a two day event, Saturday and Sunday? The first day would be qualifications (just get around the building or half-way or something) to weed out the less-abled bots; and maybe the finishers from last year would auto qualify. It would also make the race day event more exciting! What do you think?

Hi guys... what is the music on start? I did love that!
That's our very own Pete Lewis (Quality Control). You can check out some of his music here.
On that note, who did the music for the "SparkFun at Maker Faire San Mateo 2011" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7f02db_c-A video?
That was great. Thanks! I wonder if OPEN houses will catch on? Would I want people to go through my house? "Here's where I stuff all my old laundry. Sorry for the smell."
