This is your simple three conductor sensor cable with electrode pad leads. These cables are 24" long and feature a 3.5mm audio jack connector on one end with snap style receptacles for biomedical sensor pads. Each cable comes in a red/blue/black set.

The color codes for this cable differ slightly than those found in the MyoWare manual. You will want to use the following:
REF - Sleeve - Black
END - Ring - Blue
MID - Tip - Red

Wires are unshielded, which leaves this succeptible to interference from power line hum. Perhaps this would be suitable for an EKG or EMG, but not EEG.
Cable plugs into board and the snap on pickups attach well. I get good A to D results .
This cable is perfect to be used for all Biosignals and with different boards
Recebi o material na data prevista e o mesmo é de boa qualidade
Using these with an M0 datalogger and a matching MX30003 board to build a 24+ hour portable ECG monitor. The 500 MAH Lithium battery that Sparkfun sells powers it for about 30 hours. Very satisfied!
These don't seem to work well at all for capturing the EMG signal using the Myowear shield, I've tried every muscle and both the color arrangements and nothing works.
Sorry to hear that the leads are not working well. Consider filling out a return ticket and we can look into your case: https://www.sparkfun.com/returns
It was goog quality!
Works well for monitoring during minimal activity, but the wires can pull out of the clip heads without too much force - the snap connection to the eletrodes are stronger than the wire attachment to the head. To those concerned about shielding, braiding the wires helps.
Does anyone know which company is manufacturing these snaps ?
Where can I find a snap button kit for this connector? I bought the kit on this site but it doesn't match for this connector (much smaller)
How do the colors align with the 3.5mm jack? e.g. Tip - black, ring - red, sleeve - blue
On the sample I ordered it was this:
Just check with a multimeter.
I'd rather find out before I purchase it...
neat product, if I want to connect normal pads instead of the biomedical pads, how large do I need them to be?
