These are the surface mount 50 pin 0.5mm Board to Board Double Slot Female Connectors found on the Alchitry FPGA boards. These headers allow for Alchitry FPGA Boards to stack on one another by being soldered to the topside of the board.
These connectors are sold in single units. Four of these connectors are needed for the underside of an Alchitry Board.
This skill defines how difficult the soldering is on a particular product. It might be a couple simple solder joints, or require special reflow tools.
Skill Level: Competent - You will encounter surface mount components and basic SMD soldering techniques are required.

I believe this is mislabeled as the female connector when it is a male connector
Is there a breakout board for this connector?
I think the Br Element is the closest thing available https://www.sparkfun.com/products/16524. If you wanted a different pinout, you could also use the KiCAD footprint here https://github.com/Lopfi/alchitry-element-kicad
Looking at the datasheet for the the male connector (PRT-16890), the drawing is miss leading for the PCB Layout. The embossed alignment hole is on the wrong side. If you look at the side view, it shows the correct location for the emboss pin, but the schematic view needs to be rotated 180 degrees.
The link to the drawing for the connector is not working.
