Ever need to fine tune an oscillator circuit or RF filter? It can be tricky and repetitive switching out capacitors on a PCB. The Qwiic Digital Capacitor, complete with the NCD2400M IC, can be a great solution. Solder the nibs onto any 0603 or 0402 footprint, plug in a Qwiic cable and RedBoard, and change the capacitance in code.
With the SparkFun Qwiic Digital Capacitor Arduino Library, you can easily set and get the capacitance of the IC from 1.7 up to 200pF. You can also set the configuration mode, shunt or series, and make writes to volatile or non-volatile memory.
This board is one of our many Qwiic compatible boards! Simply plug and go. No soldering, no figuring out which is SDA or SCL, and no voltage regulation or translation required!
We do not plan to regularly produce SparkX products so get them while they’re hot!

This is an awesome product! It would be great if there were some PTH contacts for the capacitor instead of SMD. I think this would be great for prototyping on a breadboard in an application where you need to find a certain capacitor value or digitally control capacitance for something like an oscillator.
FYI Github link is broken: https://github.com/sparkfunX/Qwiic_I2C_Capacitor
On the Schematic, the PTH are called out as being I2C/Qwiic, with the silkscreen labels them as C D 3 G... so that makes them sCA sDa 3v3(Vcc) and GND?
2nd the request for adding PTH contacts for the capacitor chip.
