IMU 6DOF v4 Sensor Board

**Replacement: **None. We're not making this board anymore but check out the rest of our IMU category! This page is for reference only.

This is the 6DOF v4 sensor board. It can be used as a drop-in replacement for a damaged 6DOF v4, or it can be used as a stand-alone sensor array. Supporting circuitry for the sensors is built-in, plus a dedicated 3.3V regulator and a power indicator LED. Board comes fully tested and assembled with headers and small IDG500 daughter board as shown.

Note: We will no longer be making the controller board for this sensor board. However, there are still many uses for the sensors on this board.

  • Freescale MMA7260Q triple-axis accelerometer, settable to 1.5g, 2g, 4g or 6g sensitivity
  • 2 Invensense IDG500 500 degree/second dual-axis gyros (total of 4 axis)
  • Honeywell HMC1052L and HMC1051Z magnetic sensors
