The Edimax 2-in-1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter (EW-7611ULB) is a nano-sized USB Wi-Fi adapter with Bluetooth 4.0 that supports Wi-Fi up to 150Mbps while allowing users to connect to all the latest Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones, tablets, mice, keyboards, printers and more. Supporting the latest Bluetooth 4.0 version with Bluetooth Smart Ready, this adapter offers ultra-low power consumption with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) while transferring data or connecting devices. And with a tiny nano-size design you can easily plug it in without blocking any surrounding USB ports, for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity at the same time.
If it requires power, you need to know how much, what all the pins do, and how to hook it up. You may need to reference datasheets, schematics, and know the ins and outs of electronics.
Skill Level: Rookie - You may be required to know a bit more about the component, such as orientation, or how to hook it up, in addition to power requirements. You will need to understand polarized components.

In my case, wifi is disconnected often in Jetson Nano. It happens for two products on two Jetson Nanos.
Is this product capable of hosting an AP with hostapd?
Are you inquiring if the module supports AP mode? I tested it on the Jetson and AP mode was listed.
Maybe this isn't the right place to ask, but could you check the linux kernel version on the Jetson you used? I'm having trouble compiling the drivers on 5.0 and 4.15. Thanks.
Sorry for the delay. I am still trying to catch up on all the comments while I was out/working on my latest project. Linux Version: 4.9.140-tegra
