SMT Spacer/Nut

Replacement: None. We do not have a direct replacement for this product. This page is for reference only.

This is a carbon steel surface mount right angle spacer and nut from Penn Engineering. The beauty of this nut is that it can be reflow soldered onto a PCB! Once mounted, you screw directly into the nut in the PCB. Reduces the amount of loose hardware on your PCB. 0.062" length and 2-56 thread.

I use these on every board I design, but for me a #2-56 screw won't cut it. Any chance of expanding your stock on these fasteners? Their margin is pretty good!

Description says it's a right angle spacer and nut. It doesn't appear to be right angle from the photo.

Needs a profile view, IMO, as it's ahrd to make out the shape of this item from the view provided.

    • Agreed - we'll try to get an action shot in there as well so you see how it mounts.
