This is a very necessary content here. The question is really controversial even now in 2019. Getting to the states is harder, even for education, even to me as a European. I have a lot of friends living in Beatty, a small and sweet town near Las Vegas, and it takes the right time to get a visa even by invitation from them or University. However, I searched and searched and finally could face https://planetofhotels.com/en/usa/beatty as an indispensable help in housing that the USA government don't suspect me in something. The US authorities are very picky about the cache and housing, and 50% of the success remained with the tourists or students in their hands. You need to very carefully organize your education vacation in the states to get a visa and rent only legal hotels. This is a state precaution, but I agree with the petition against such a tightened policy to immigrants.
