I wonder how well the battery is held with this kinda holder. Does it slip out easily?
These young people should be in school instead of earning bits by mindlessly producing goods like these. Without education, a lifetime of low income and drudgery is almost guaranteed.
You don't actually need a stencil to put the paste on, for small number of PCBs (1 or 2) you can check out a simpler alternative by using a syringe on this website:

You can just use rubbing alcohol. Works very well for me. I got some from 91% isopropyl alcohol from Walmart (around $2) and it works great.
