Unfortunately that won't work as the bargraph is common cathode, and that driver will only work with common anode. If anyone knows of an individually dimmable LED driver please reply.

I just got mine. I only ordered 4. I got a Spartan 3E breakout v1, a screen key breakout, a CF breakout, and a panelized board of 6 FTDI Basics.

What's the difference between quadrature and 2-bit Gray code?

I'd like something that would let me mount everything to a PCB, with a light guide/diffuser for the LEDs, that can then be mounted to a panel. Maybe in black or white. Or brushed aluminum.

From the model number I would say yes. The T18 series is supposed to be a replacement for the 900 series. The D16 suggests the tip is 1.6mm
