Sorry so late, no, any fan I have ever seen only flows in one direction, you can't reverse the polarity and get it spinning in the other direction.

Also you could use the rubber bumpers SparkFun sells and put those where the mounting holes go or where ever you wish.

unfortunately you would have to get a higher power battery pack. I would suggest that you get the 6600mah battery pack from here at sparkfun but you can also get the 2000mah one and that one should work. either one will work though.

Um this is the temp of a soldering iron not the speed of your car. Yes you may have a fast car in all, but, this is circuits not a dealership and we don't care much about cars unless it's us nerds wanting a hybrid.
