AVR programming

A kit of parts that can be used to program AVR microcontrollers(ATMega and ATTiny models). The Raspberry Pi, Pi AVR HAT, and Pi Wall Adapter are not needed for programming but are nice to have since they enable more features. You only need either the Pi HAT OR the pocket AVR programmer. Also, the 2x3pin connectors go with the HAT and are not needed for the pocket programmer, just as the 2x5 pin header goes with the pocket AVR programmer and is not needed for the HAT. You can, of course, get all of these, but it's not really necessary to have both kinds of programmer.
